Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! But we understand sometimes things don't always go exactly to plan when it comes to buying shoes or clothing online.  This is why we are more than happy to exchange or provide store credit if you decide to return your purchase.

Please keep the following in mind when you receive your parcel:

* Please ensure you try on shoes on carpet only.  Shoes that show any sign of wear cannot be resold and thus cannot be returned.  

* When trying on clothing, the best time to do this is before putting on make up or perfume to avoid any mishaps!

* If we receive your return and it is not in new, unworn condition, we will have to return it to you at your cost. 

CHANGE OF MIND:

Please contact us to start a new return.

All items must be posted back within 14 days (and received by us within 21 days from the date you originally received your parcel) and email the tracking number as proof of postage.  We always recommend lodging parcels over the counter to ensure they're scanned upon posting. 

All items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused and with all the original packaging intact. 

Buyer is to pay the cost of the return postage to ship the items back to us.

Cherry Pinup covers the cost of posting your exchange back to you for one exchange only.  Further exchanges will be charged at the actual cost of postage.

All sale items are final sale - we cannot return or exchange these items. 

FAULTY ITEMS:

Faulty item? In the case of a faulty item, Cherry Pinup will cover the return postage and offer you a full refund, exchange or store credit.
